Do employed individuals believe they will keep their job if they perform well—that they will not be laid off?

Structural

  • Percentage of employed persons aged 18 years or over whose number of years of tenure at the current job or with the current employer is <1 year, 1 to less than 5 years, 5 to less than 10 years, and (4) ≥10 years
  • Percentage of employed persons whose job is at risk due to strategy shift, downsizing, acquisition, etc. over next six months
  • Layoffs in the last five years and percentage of workforce they account for
